The fish swim into the entrance and stay within the small pool for easy capture once multiple fish have gathered.Set up a Paiute deadfall (with a basket) in my living room. Proof you can practice your skills anywhere. A primitive funnel fish trap I made out of grape vine, dry grasses, and ash tree sticks.Practicing set up of a spring snare style bird trap, utilized primarily by the San Bushman tribe of Namibia.Bird trap used by the Bushmen tribes of Africa. This cordage is a bit to thick but it’s all I had. This is a highly-effective spring pole snare set by using a pliable u-shaped twig stuck into the ground to hold the toggle and bait stick.
